Carousel House Wheelchair Basketball Tournament

Team Directors and Coordinators,

We are extending an invitation to you and your team to attend the Carousel House Wheelchair Basketball Tournament on February 25-27, 2011.  All information regarding the tournament is enclosed in the attachments. Teams will be guaranteed four games and play a Friday evening game.
 
We are hosting Championship and DIII divisions. There is a $300 entry fee per team. Teams interested in participating are asked to send in their entry fee and team information form by December 3 with checks made payable to: Carousel House Advisory Council.  Please mail entry fees to: Carousel House, 4300 Avenue of the Republic, Phila., PA 19131.  Entry fees are not refundable. The first four championship teams and eight DIII teams that respond will complete the field for the tournament, all other teams will be placed on a waiting list.
