2011 Pioneer Classic hosted by the Lakeshore Foundation in Birmingham, AL. 
 
For those who are not familiar with our facility we have a 42.000 square foot field house with 3 regulation hardwood basketball courts.  We host many events each year and this will be the 28th Annual Pioneer Classic.  This Pioneer Classic will offer competition in the following divisions- Championship, Division 3, Women’s and Youth.
 
Dates are January 7-9 2011. 
 
Registration fee for the tournament will range between $400-$450.  A final price will be set by August 1 2010.  
 
Registration fee will cover- ground transportation (airport/hotel/gym), officials, t-shirts and awards.  We are not able to provide food but food will be available for purchase on site each day.  Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.  I also set up hotel blocks at local lodging facilities about 3-4 miles from our facility.  I secure rates between $69-$72 per night.
 
The field for Division 3 will be capped at 10 teams.  Registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
 
Registration packets will be available on September 1st.  I will be happy to forward registration packets to teams interested in attending the 28th Annual Pioneer Classic.
