LOCATION: 5200 Burke Road, Pasadena, Texas 77504 (Houston area) TOURNAMENT DATE: Friday through Sunday, September 3rd – 5th, 2010 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 7, 2010. No refunds after August 14, 2010! ROSTER Roster must accompany registration. Roster changes must be made in writing prior to August 14, 2009 FEES: Tournament Fee: $350 per team for 15 man roster. Each Additional player, coach, staff or family above 15 players on the roster will be charged a $25 entry fee per person to participate in tournament. This fee covers tournament games, up to 15 t-shirts, 3 continental breakfasts and 3 lunches. Guaranteed 4 games, Minimum (2) certified NWBA officials per game. Extra Fees: $25 per additional player, coach, staff, family or other personnel. $10 each for each additional Shootout t-shirt ordered in advance, $12 for limited quantities during Shootout. Separate payment and sizes for extra t-shirts must accompany registration form and tournament fee(s). All proceeds from extra T-shirt sales will benefit the Verne Cox Wheelchair Sports Fund.
