Paralympic Track and Field in NYC

Join us for a Paralympic

track & field program!

The City of New York Parks & Recreation has partnered with U.S. Paralympics, a

division of the U.S. Olympic Committee, to offer a new sports program for individuals with physical disabilities.

 

Activities are provided FREE of charge!

 

WHO: Teens & Young Adults with Cerebral Palsy, Visual

Impairments*, or Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke Survivors or other physical disabilities

 

WHAT: Paralympic Track & Field Program

 

WHEN: Saturdays May 8th & May 15th

 

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 

WHERE: Sara D. Roosevelt Park, Manhattan

 

Chrystie Street & Canal Street

 

*Participation in the track & field program only.

**Individuals should be able to walk independently, with crutches, or with a walker if participating in the soccer program.
